The automobile controller automatic assembly line is mainly designed for the automatic assembly of automobile ECU controllers and the testing of products after assembly. It includes: conveying system, automatic feeding system, electrical control system, automatic labeling machine, robot end start fixture + 2D vision system, screw vacuum suction module + 2D vision system, etc.

The controller automatic assembly line realizes automated assembly. The functions of this assembly line include: bottom shell loading/glue dispensing, PCBA wiring/tightening, sensor tightening, manual wiring harness plugging, power-on inspection, wiring harness glue dispensing and top cover tightening.
